Kuldhara Village
Kuldhara village, 18 kilometers west of Jaisalmer, epitomizes the resilience of the Paliwal community. Established in 1291 by the Kuldhar sub-caste of Paliwal Brahmins, it flourished with 600 homes. Now a serene testament to their legacy, the remnants display architectural marvels, with double-story structures showcasing remarkable resilience to thunderstorms and heat, a tribute to their builders’ ingenuity.
Gadsisar Lake
Gadsisar Lake, an iconic Jaisalmer attraction, blends history and beauty. Built by Raja Rawal Jaisal, enhanced by Maharaja Garisisar Singh, it boasts the ornate Tilon-Ki-Pol gateway. This architectural gem leads to serenity, crowned by a Vishnu idol, imbuing the site with spiritual allure since 1908.
Sam Sand Dunes

Each of its opulent stories housed one of Patwa’s sons, showcasing affluence and pride. It remains a testament to Jaisalmer’s rich heritage and architectural mastery.
